Vivienne Youel through to quarter final in Uni Music League

Recent Royal Holloway English & drama alumnus Vivienne Youel is through the first stage of the Uni Music League competition.

Recent Royal Holloway English & drama alumnus Vivienne Youel is through the first stage of the Uni Music League competition, along with her band consisting of current RHUL students, drummer Adam Williams and bassist Tom Campbell, and guitarist Ashley Webb from Kingston University. The quarter final appearance of this alternative folk band will be on Monday 4 March at the Borderline in the heart of Soho where they will be playing a thirty minute set. Three other bands are competing on the same evening.

You can vote for Vivienne and her band now by texting “Winner Vivienne Youel” on 81025 (Messages cost 25p plus one standard network rate).

Tickets for the Borderline on 4 March are £5 online (via http://bit.ly/ZDgWOB) or £6.50 on the night (but organisers warn that they cannot guarantee that there will be any tickets left by then). The show starts at 7pm.

The Borderline is in Orange Yard, Off Manette Street, London, W1D 4JB (Manette Street is off Charing Cross Road, just south of Tottenham Court Road tube station).
